"Parts fit just right"
I ordered brakes for my car and expected at least a little bit of a headache, since car parts can be picky sometimes. The packaging wasn’t anything special, but really, that’s not a big deal because everything was there and the fitment was spot on. No guessing, no weird adjustments, just bolted up like it should.

After using these brakes for a bit, I’ve noticed they’re much quieter than what I had before, which is a big plus for me. Every now and then I feel a tiny vibration, but it’s not constant or anything that really bothers me. Overall, I’d say they’re doing the job well with just that small thing to keep in mind.

I found this brake kit for less here than on a couple other sites I looked at, so that was a nice win. Shipping went fine, nothing weird, and all the parts fit like they were supposed to. Happy with what I got for the price, and I’d probably order from here again.

"I had to send back a set..."
I had to send back a set of brakes because I accidentally ordered the wrong ones. The return process was straightforward, and support got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. The refund took a few days, but nothing too annoying?? Overall it was a good experience, I just wish it had been a little quicker.

"Glad they had the parts, but still a little disappointed"
I was trying to find brake parts for my older car, r1concepts was one of the few places that actually had them in stock. A couple other sites either showed out of stock or had confusing fitment info, so I was relieved to finally find something that looked right.
The ordering process was straightforward, and the parts did show up like they were supposed to. I just felt a little disappointed overall because it was more of a basic, get-it-done experience than anything that really stood out. No major complaints, but I can’t say I was especially impressed either.

"Shipping was faster than I thought"
I ordered from r1concepts.com and the parts got here quicker than I expected. I was kind of assuming it would take longer, but the tracking updated fine and the delivery showed up on time. The box was a little beat up, which I’ll blame on the shipping guys, but nothing inside was damaged. Overall I’m happy with how fast it arrived. Would’ve given 5 stars if they’d sent the label info a bit sooner.

"Way less brake dust than before"
I’ve definitely noticed that my wheels stay cleaner for a lot longer now. Before, it felt like I’d wash the car and the front wheels especially would start looking dusty again almost right away, like after just a few normal drives around town. Now there’s still a little bit of dust because, obviously, brakes are still brakes, but it’s way less noticeable and it doesn’t build up as quickly. It’s one of those small things you don’t really think about until you realize you’re not cleaning the wheels nearly as often

"Had a Small Issue, but It Got Sorted Out"
I’d been using the brakes for a few months and everything seemed fine at first, mostly just normal driving and a couple longer trips here and there. Then I noticed something was off with one of the rotors, so I figured I’d at least reach out and see what they said, even though I wasn’t sure if it would be covered.

I sent r1concepts some pictures along with my order info, and they actually got back to me quickly. After that, they handled the replacement under warranty without making it a hassle or dragging things out, and it shipped not long after. Overall, it was a easy experience.

"Sales guy actually knew his stuff"
I had a couple questions about my brakes and the support guy got back to me really fast. He helped me figure out the right parts without making it a whole complicated thing. Weirdly, I remember he mentioned the exact rotor size like it was nothing, while I was sitting there eating a cold taco. Easy experience overall.

"Brakes Feel Way Better Now"
Overall, I’m happy with the rotors and pads I got from r1concepts. The braking feels a lot more solid now, and there’s way less shaking when I’m coming to a stop. I did notice they took a few days to really break in, and at first I wasn’t sure if they felt that different. But once they settled in, the car started grabbing much better, especially on the freeway. So far, they’ve been a solid upgrade.
